From Monday 2nd of April smoke nades will be removed from all Search and Destroy ladders in Call of Duty 2. With all major LAN events removing "smoke", ClanBase as largest league in Europe did not have much choice but to follow them. Was it a right thing to do? I doubt there is a right decision in case like this only less wrong one. Its classic example where competitive leagues are forced to change rules and game settings due to lack of support from game developers. We have tried with "random fuse fix" which proved inadequate so only way to prevent bug abuse is to remove "smoke" from game. You can download updated version of PAM here. All usual ClanBase Pam modes are same so all it has to be done is to replace old PAM with updated one. The organisation once ran by sec who closed its doors because he couldn't keep the lineup stable and he joined to Team Logitech. A Unreal Tournament player, DeLzy has kept Junk52 theatre alive and he started to look for a Call of Duty 2 team and soon came across with the team of Code7, who attended the recent Level7 Open Cup '07 and they lost their match against Afterlife and played a draw against Team Prophecia made sure that they didn't made their way into play-offs. The team of Code7 itself had noticed that the management was too busy with the GameTV and all the actions by the management happened weeks after they should have, so they decided to join up with Junk52. There also happened some changes in their team. Former Junk52 player, kzuum is returning to the battlefields and this makes their lineup a six men lineup. Having six players in the lineup won't have a huge effect on the team since pande is busy because of his working business. New Junk52 theatre: chep kzuum pande RudY str33n Ultima Statement by str33n: Junk52 is a legend in the Finnish cod2-scene. We had an opportunity to join the organization, so of course we jumped at the chance right away. Once Sec stopped running things last fall after moving to Team Logitech.fi, he left those duties to DeLzy, a Czech Unreal Tournament player. DeLzy started looking for a new cod2 team a while back, and contacted us. Being in Code7 was great and without any problems. Unfortunately the organization in itself had no need to grow and look for more sponsors etc, since running GameTV was taking too much time from the management. Of course it is obvious that running a Cod2 team is secondary to that. One has to remember that Junk52 was legendary, so we have a lot of pressure to perform right now. However I strongly believe that we will be able to play at a high level, since we are a Team with an upper-case T!
